It is a pleasure to meet you through our website and/or serve you as a customer.  Our commitment is to provide a quality, unique, different and sometimes unusual product range that enables you to either enjoy giving as a gift or simply enjoy for yourself - an item that respresents a little bit about who you are.

Enjoy the experience with Leading Edgeware.  We really try hard to create a sense of excitement when you browse and when you receive your products. Often you'll find a 'little something' else in your parcel - just a small thank you for your business.  It may not be big, but it will be heartfelt.

You will however always find a thank you note from us, the product will be wrapped in our signature style (earthy quality craft paper) and a handy tips and hints card - we really do value your custom.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We're here for the long run and we'd love to keep you as a customer.  If for any reason - even if you're having second thoughts about your purchase, just contact us.  We're here to help, not hinder.  You can return or exchange any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt.

If you change your mind on a purchase and would like to return it we're pleased to accommodate.  Please get in touch with us via email and we will co-ordinate the return.  As you'll understand, shipping costs incurred will not be refunded only the original price of the item.

If the item you wish to return is faulty (our apologies), please contact us and we will organise a self addressed post pack to be sent to you in which to return the item.  Refunds will be made to your credit card (via PayPal) or PayPal account.  It would be great if all items including packaging are returned in original condition but if the packaging is not, we'll understand. We do ask that the product has not been affected by being used in any abnormal way.  

Please note that there may be limited stock available for some items.  In the event we cannot replace the item or agree on a replacement product (s), we will refund you or provide you with a Leading Edgeware store credit.  In this case, shipping costs will be refunded. 

Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
